4. SDK & API Usage

Subject to these Terms, Subkit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to integrate our SDKs and utilize our APIs solely for managing and tracking your in-app subscriptions.

You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or bypass security mechanisms of our infrastructure, APIs, or client-side packages.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Service, including software, design systems, logos, and documentation, are and will remain the exclusive property of Subkit and its licensors.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Subkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Service.
